At The Beauty & Wellness Collective, we do our best to create a thoughtful, organized experience for every patient. Please review our policies before booking, purchasing, or redeeming any services, gift cards, promotional offers, or products.

Cancellation, No-Show & Deposit Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee. Appointments missed without notice will incur a $100 no-show fee.

All appointments require a $50 deposit at the time of booking, and a valid credit or debit card must be kept on file. Deposits will be applied toward the cost of your scheduled service unless otherwise noted. Cancellation and no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Deposits may be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation, no-show, or failure to meet the requirements of the scheduled appointment, treatment, event, or promotion. Any outstanding fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.

Gift Card & Promotional Pre-Purchase Policy

Gift cards and promotional pre-purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards are not provider-specific and do not guarantee availability with a specific provider. Provider availability, treatment eligibility, and medical candidacy are confirmed at the time of booking and/or consultation. Gift cards may be applied toward eligible services, treatments, or medical-grade skincare products. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

Promotional pre-purchases must be used according to the terms of the specific promotion, including any expiration dates, treatment requirements, booking windows, or provider availability restrictions. Promotional offers may not be combined with other offers, discounts, memberships, or rewards unless explicitly stated.

Product Return Policy

Retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is at least 90% full and is not a prescription product. Prescription products are final sale and cannot be returned. For online orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All product returns are subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above requirements.
