Darian Thorp, MSN, APRN-C, MEP-C
Darian has been a nurse since 2004, a Nurse Practitioner since 2009, and began her aesthetics career in 2013. Before specializing in aesthetic medicine, she built a strong clinical foundation in family medicine, women’s and men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, reproductive health, cancer detection, and disease recognition.
As the founder of The Beauty & Wellness Collective, Darian is known for her attentive care, refined eye, and commitment to natural-looking, balanced results. She takes a full-face approach to aesthetics, helping patients enhance their features in a way that feels thoughtful, personalized, and never overdone.
Darian specializes in pan-facial injectable rejuvenation, advanced filler techniques, Botox®, Kybella™, regenerative injectables, biostimulator treatments, PDO thread lifts, laser treatments, and other minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. She is also board-certified as a Medical Aesthetic Provider and is dedicated to staying current with innovative, evidence-based techniques.
Originally from Northern California, Darian moved to Reno to attend the University of Nevada, Reno, where she earned her pre-medicine degree and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Outside the practice, she enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two children throughout Reno, Tahoe, and beyond.

Kate Sturdivant, BSN
Kate has been a nurse since 2011 and began her aesthetics career in 2016 after five years in Trauma Intensive Care. Her ICU background refined her meticulous attention to detail and deep commitment to patient safety, skills she brings to every aesthetic treatment.
Passionate about the positive impact aesthetics can have on confidence and well-being, Kate approaches her work as both a science and an art. She collaborates with each patient to create personalized, natural-looking results that enhance facial harmony and balance.
Kate is extensively trained in full-face injectable treatments, including dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and biostimulators such as Sculptra. She also offers Kybella®, PDO threads, microneedling with PRP or radiofrequency, Vivace, and PRF hair + undereye rejuvenation.
Born and raised in Reno, Kate loves embracing the outdoor lifestyle through hiking, boating, and snowshoeing throughout Northern Nevada. Outside the practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and living a balanced, active life.

Kat Beebe, APRN-C
Katrina “Kat” Beebe comes to us from another Aesthetic office in Reno and is originally from New Mexico. Kat has been in Nursing more than 10 years and received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from New Mexico State University. As a Registered Nurse, Kat traveled around the nation primarily serving Emergency and Trauma Patients. To enhance her education, Kat went on to University of Texas to complete her Masters of Nursing and became a Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Kat has a passion and love for Aesthetic treatments that stems from her own research and exploration of various treatments that help patients look and feel their best. Kat’s philosophy is to help her patients feel beautiful on the outside to match the beauty they have on the inside.
When she is not working, Kat is an avid lover of the outdoors.
Erin Foster, APRN-C
Erin Is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, and hematology. She earned her nursing degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno, and began her career in Trauma ER and Labor & Delivery before specializing in women’s health and surgical first assist. Her expertise expanded into hematology, where she worked with women facing inherited bleeding disorders and contributed to international healthcare initiatives. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she served as a lead medical officer for rural Nevada, earning recognition for excellence.
In 2022, Erin joined the Beauty Collective, where she is dedicated to helping patients enhance their natural beauty and age gracefully. As a Nevada native, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter, backpacking, snowboarding, hiking, and rock climbing.
Ericka Redondo, APRN-C
Ericka is a passionate individual with a diverse set of interests and a strong dedication to her profession. Born and raised in the picturesque city of Reno, NV, she cherishes her time spent in the great outdoors and with her loving family, which includes her supportive husband, three wonderful children, and a faithful canine companion.
Ericka embarked on her journey in the field of nursing in 2011, specializing in the challenging environment of Cardiac ICU. Her commitment to patient care and continuous learning led her to explore the world of aesthetics in 2013. In this realm, she has honed her skills and expertise in laser treatments, injectables, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation procedures, enriching the lives of her clients.
With her unwavering dedication, Ericka is a testament to the potential for growth and success in both her personal and professional life.
Alex Weeks, RN
Alex is a master’s-prepared Registered Nurse with a deep passion for aesthetics and wellness. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Diego, where she began her career in aesthetic medicine under the mentorship of one of La Jolla’s leading plastic surgeons. During this time, she gained extensive experience in both surgical and non-surgical procedures, developing a holistic approach that blends artistry, precision, and evidence-based care.
Originally from Northern Nevada, Alex recently returned home after nearly a decade away. Alongside her husband and young daughter, she enjoys being back in the mountains and part of the Reno-Tahoe community once again. In addition to her clinical work, Alex serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, mentoring nursing students in compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside the clinic, Alex loves skiing, hiking, and lake days with her family. Her lifelong dedication to health and adventure inspires her to help patients feel strong, confident, and radiant, inside and out.
Sarah Pedrotti, Executive Medical Assistant + Social Media Coordinator
Sarah, has been with our office for over 2 years now and has almost 10 years of experience in aesthetics. She loves to provide top of the line customer service and making sure all of our guests have a great experience walking in and out of our facility! She continues to educate herself in the services and treatments we offer here at The Beauty Collective so she can answer any questions our guests may have when coming in! Sarah is now assisting In the treatment rooms with services full time but you may also catch her at the front helping from time to time! On her free time she loves to spend time with her friends and family.
Elise Lyon, Advanced Aesthetician
Elise is an Advanced Aesthetician with a passion for helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. She began her career in aesthetics in 2022 after earning her license from Taylor Andrews Academy in St. George, Utah. Skilled in laser services, facial rejuvenation therapies, Hydrafacials®, and personalized skincare, Elise takes a results-driven yet compassionate approach, combining advanced in-clinic treatments with customized home care for long-lasting improvements.
Her passion for skincare grew from her own journey with severe acne, inspiring her to help others feel confident and comfortable in their skin. With experience in both medical and spa settings, Elise has cultivated a technique that blends corrective care with a soothing, client-centered touch.
Originally from Southern Nevada, Elise relocated to Reno to pursue new opportunities in medical aesthetics. She has fully embraced the Northern Nevada lifestyle, enjoying time at Lake Tahoe, exploring local restaurants, and learning to snowboard. Known for her warmth, precision, and dedication, Elise is committed to creating authentic, trusting relationships and helping each client look and feel their best.
Tatum Luce, Advanced Aesthetician + Laser Specialist
With a strong background in advanced aesthetics and medical-grade skincare, Tatum specializes in results-driven treatments that support long-term skin health and confidence. Her experience spans corrective facials, various laser technologies, and customized treatment planning, allowing her to thoughtfully address concerns such as acne, pigmentation, texture, and early signs of aging with both precision and care. She is passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin at every stage and is committed to staying current with evolving technologies and techniques in advanced aesthetics. Known for her warm approach and attention to detail, Tatum believes that great skin starts with education and trust. When she is not in office, she is a homebody who loves spending time with her loved ones.
Maegan Gonzalez, Operations + Guest Services Manager
Maegan has always had a strong interest in health and beauty. Having worked closely with physicians, nurses and administrators in both hospital and outpatient facilities, she gained initial medical experience in regenerative therapies for treating and preventing musculoskeletal injuries. She previously worked as a Medical Assistant for 5 years, where she assisted in procedures and coordinated patient care. After becoming a client of Injection Gal in 2019, Maegan realized how much she really loved the aesthetics industry and soon joined our team in early 2021. She is happy to be apart of our team of skilled cosmetic injectors using similar techniques for aesthetic treatments. Maegan is prided on her top of the line customer service from the front office to the back in the treatment rooms! Her daily duties consist of running the front from checking in to answering phones to preparing for the next day. She also helps out with rooming and assisting the nurses in the treatment rooms! On her free time she enjoys spending time with her family!
Hannah Milligan, Patient Care Coordinator
Hannah has always had a deep passion for beauty, health and wellness. She is currently pursuing a degree in Nutrition at the University of Nevada, Reno, with the goal of becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. As a patient coordinator, Hannah succeeds in providing excellent customer service and the ability to create a welcoming environment for every guest. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts and spending quality time with friends.
With nearly a decade of hands-on experience working alongside a naturopath, Paola has built a strong foundation in holistic health and wellness. Before entering the field, she worked as a private flight attendant, where she developed a deep appreciation for personalized care and attention to detail.
As a Patient Coordinator, she takes pride in making each client feel welcomed, understood, and supported throughout their wellness journey. Since 2022, she has also offered inkless scar and stretch mark revision, a gentle, restorative service that helps clients reconnect with their skin and self-confidence.
Originally from Kings Beach, California, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and values the sense of community that inspires her work. She is also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse range of clients.
Paola Palomino, Patient Care Coordinator & Scar Revision Specialist
Maurice Fielitz, Owner
Maurice was born and raised in Amsterdam, Netherlands. He moved to the USA in 2005 after meeting Darian in a bar! Maurice had a career in Information Technology and Casino Industry for 15 years before he decided to help his wife out with a little start up in Aesthetics. He never thought he would do Botox, but here we are! He loves working with his wife and the whole team that makes the The Beauty Collective successful!
In his spare time, Maurice loves to do home projects or go snowboarding or boating at Tahoe with his family! He hasn’t forgotten about his roots, and tries to go back “home” to Europe yearly.
