Gift cards may be applied toward eligible services, treatments, or medical-grade skincare products at The Beauty & Wellness Collective. Gift cards are not provider-specific and do not guarantee availability with a specific provider. Provider availability, treatment eligibility, and medical candidacy are confirmed at the time of booking and/or consultation. Gift cards may not be used toward gratuity, previously purchased services or products, membership dues, deposits, cancellation fees, or any other excluded items unless otherwise approved by The Beauty & Wellness Collective. Promotional gift cards or pre-purchase offers may be subject to additional terms and limitations stated at the time of purchase. The promotional value and/or purchased value may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated. The Beauty & Wellness Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Gift cards should be treated like cash.
